Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Please note: All original tags must be intact for the return to be accepted.
Exchange Policy
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or just isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to help you exchange it; whether for the same piece or something else you love from our collection.
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping & Pickup for Returns
We’ll coordinate the return pickup from the same address where the order was originally delivered. Please ensure the item remains in new condition and is safely packed. All free items or gifts must also be returned to process the request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You'll be notified via email or WhatsApp once your return is approved.
- For prepaid orders (via UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking), refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll request your bank details to process the refund.
Please note: COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- If your item arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must share a single, unedited video of the full unboxing, showing the sealed package, outer box, and the product inside.
No cuts or edits are allowed in the video. - If your return includes multiple items and any are missing—including promotional items or gifts, we may deduct the value of the missing items from your refund.
- Once a return is booked, please ensure you're available to hand over the parcel to the delivery partner and respond to their calls.Missed pickups may require a new pickup request and could delay the return process.

Some PIN codes may not support reverse pickup. If this applies to your area, you’ll need to return the product via a trackable courier service (e.g., India Post). We will reimburse up to ₹50 towards your return shipping cost. If the shipping cost exceeds ₹50, the additional amount will be adjusted against your refund.
- In rare cases where a package arrives empty or with missing items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, along with a 360° unboxing video showing the sealed package and full contents. Without sufficient proof, we reserve the right to decline the claim.
- Items from combo sets or gift boxes are not eligible for partial returns or replacements.

Products purchased during sales, contests, clearance events, or special promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- To ensure a smooth and secure pickup, we recommend recording a short video while handing over the package to the delivery personnel.
Customer Agreement
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that:
- You agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Exchange Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any future amendments.
- You are of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) and are mentally competent to enter into this agreement.
- Your account has not been suspended or restricted previously due to policy violations.
